Bear Cub Academy is Now Registering

for the 2023-2024 school year!

Bear Cub Academy is now registering students online. The registration can be done on your child's FinalForms account. Log in to the account and click ADD ACTIVITY. Registration fee needs paid at time of enrolling.

Bear Cub Academy Location:    

ISHAM ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

• In the event of a Two Hour Delay
  • Bear Cub will still be open at 6:30 a.m. and will keep all registered students for the extra two hours at the regular hourly rate.  Only students registered and already attending Bear Cub can attend during a two hour delay.
• Calamity Days
  • Bear Cub is not open on days when school is closed due to weather or scheduled days off.

Program includes enrichment activities, homework time, tutoring, arts and crafts, games, computer time and much more!

Hours:	6:30 AM - 9:00 AM
	3:30 PM - 6:00 PM
Rates:	- $4.50/hour - $4.25/hour for students on reduced lunch - $4.00/hour for students on free lunch - $4.00/hour for each additional family member
Operational Fee:	$1.00 per session (BEFORE & AFTER), per child

**If your child utilizes our Bear Cub Academy we have an important change you need to be aware
of. The 2023-2024 rates being recommended to the Board of Education for approval on August
14 represent an increase of $1.00/hour from the rates last school year (see below for the
proposed rates). The operational fee of $1.00 being recommended for approval is the same fee
as last school year. The increase is necessary because our program continues to operate at a
loss. If the hourly rate fee increase is approved by the Board of Education on August 14, our
plan is to revisit the rates for the 2024-2025 school year next summer, once we review the
finances from the 2023-2024 school year. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Kelly
