Administrative Assistants to the Assistant Superintendent 

Please feel free to contact us anytime we can be of assistance.  Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.  We are closed on legal holidays.

Transcripts

Only unofficial transcripts will be given to students or parents/guardians.   If picking up transcripts at the Assistant Superintendent's Office, you must have a photo ID.  If you need a transcript sent out, please click this link and complete the form.

Over three requests will be asked to submit a $3.00 payment for each transcript requested over the allotted three. 

Colleges may email their record release forms to mstrobel@wadsworthschools.org.

Background Checks

Background checks for ODE licenses, certificates, and permits to work or volunteer within the Wadsworth City School District can be completed in the Assistant Superintendent's office for $50 for BCI & FBI, or $25 if only the FBI needs to be renewed.  Cash or check is accepted only.  Please call 330-335-1369 for an appointment.

Rentals

Facilities of the Wadsworth City School District shall be available for the educational, recreational, business, and social interests of any responsible Wadsworth City School District group or organization, as long as it does not interfere with the operation of the school program. The facilities may be made available to groups from outside the Wadsworth City School District at the discretion of the Board or its designee. To request a rental, please fill out this form and return it to the Assistant Superintendent's office. 

• No contracts will be approved with less than 7 business days’ notice.

• Outdoor sports (e.g., baseball, football, soccer) may have limited access to indoor facilities at the discretion of the District due to the potential for damage to facilities. Indoor facilities may be used for activities such as registrations, equipment distributions, pictures, etc.
