Wadsworth City Schools will be closed today 1/15/2026 due to inclement weather.
The Wadsworth City School District Board of Education is soliciting proposals for photographic services for athletics and clubs, with the said services beginning in the spring of 2026. The requested services include the following:
- Team/Club photographs;
- Individual photographs;
- Senior banners; and
- Digital copies of all pictures for school district use.
The qualifications for photographic services should include the following information:
- Competence to perform the required services as indicated by the technical training, education and experience of the personnel who will be assigned to perform the services;
- Ability in terms of workload and the availability of the personnel who will be assigned to perform the services;
- Experience with providing photographic services for athletics and clubs to schools;
- Cost of services: Provide proposed fee structure;
- List of at least three (3) references from schools; and
- Other pertinent information.
Responding firms will be evaluated and ranked in order of their qualifications. Following the evaluation process, the Wadsworth City School District Board of Education will select the photographic service provider to work with.

The tip line is an anonymous reporting system that accepts tips via call, text, web form, and mobile app 24 hours a day. Anyone can download the Safer Ohio School Tip Line app or use this link to access the web form.
This tip line allows students and adults to anonymously share information with school officials and law enforcement about threats to student safety — whether that involves a threatened mass incident or harm to a single student.
Things to report to the tip line include (but are not limited to):

Bullying incidents;

Withdrawn student behaviors;

Verbal or written threats observed toward students, faculty, or schools;

Hazing;
-
Weapon/suspicious devices on or near school grounds;

Gang-related activities;

Unusual/suspicious behavior of students or staff;

Self-harm or suicidal sentiments; and
-
Any other school safety-related concerns.
